Nicole's Customs reserves the right to refuse returns on custom made items. Custom made products are created with direct communication with the customer before creation to ensure satisfaction with product design.

All items fragile or not are shipped with extreme care to make certain no damage is sustained during delivery.

However, we do understand circumstances occur and if you do find yourself dissatified with your purchase. Please contact me directly and we will work on a solution.
